Meet the Directors
Alyson Nicely
Alyson is the director of the Miss Indianapolis Pageant and has over 20 years of pageant experience from actively competing, coaching, judging, and Directing. She has helped mold the rebooted Miss Indianapolis Pageant into the honest and professional system that contestants deserve while holding on to the motto of “We are REAL women in the REAL world making a REAL difference.” Her passion for encouraging and uplifting women is not her only one- she has 4 boys that keep her busy on the football fields! She has been known to exchange high heels for football pads and cleats all on the same day! Alyson has a Bachelors in Marketing and Advertising and currently, she is employed by HIBU marketing, helping small and medium-sized businesses by creating custom marketing plans. She is also in school to receive her associate's degree in Event Planning. She recently became an ordained minister. Skye Smith
Skye Smith is the Assistant Director of the Miss Indianapolis Pageant. She resides in Crawfordsville with her husband of six years, Cody, where you can usually find her chasing her 7-year-old son Ryder, shopping for her daughter Emersyn or relaxing on the lake with my family. She has been involved in pageants since she was 4 months old as a competitor, judge, and director. She is thankful for all opportunities that the Miss Indianapolis Pageant has afforded her and is most proud to be partnering with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in order to carry on her mom, the Miss Indianapolis Pageants founder’s legacy.
